Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, a Parisian icon and world-famous department store, welcomes more than 100,000 visitors to its 70,000 m2 of shopping space every day. In 2017, Galeries Lafayette Haussmann decided to entrust Cultival with the management of the store’s guided visits.

Cultival now manages the promotion, marketing, reservation and customer relations of these guided visits for groups of adults or individuals meeting inside the store, thus allowing the Galeries Lafayette company to dedicate more time to its main business activities.
