The following year, Cultival was approached by La Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel (the company operating the Eiffel Tower) to create an alternative tour that would entice local and repeat visitors (the repeaters) in the off-season. Cultival created Behind the Scenes at the Eiffel Tower, a unique guided experience of the technical areas of the famous monument.

This new service must operate independently and Cultival manages its constituent parts, from the design of the offering, promotional activities, international search marketing, the engagement team, to the booking infrastructure (online and via multilingual tele-advisers) and payments.
